This happened last Saturday.  It was half an hour from closing (we close at 12am on Fridays and Saturdays...) and a party of 6 came in.  They ordered some food, all of which are specials orders (meaning that they made modifications to the original recipes).  They sent back two dishes after they almost finished them and claimed that the dishes were not made correctly.  So we remade the dishes and sent them out to their table.  The worst was yet to come.  When it came time to pay the bill, they refused to pay and said that nothing was made to their satisfaction (after they devoured everything... ><).  All of us were furious!!  How could someone actually do something like this.  I can't really express my anger properly.... SO MAD!!!!!!!!!
